Cancellation Policy

If you want to modify the order (product/address change) after it is placed, please contact us at the above-mentioned details.

Cancellation Request Before Order Is Shipped

• We process the refund within 24-48 hours of receiving the request.
• Orders are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner only after final quality checks.

Cancellation Request After Order Is Shipped But Not Delivered

• Refund is initiated after deducting a nominal charge of 3% of the product/order value and courier charges for both sides of transit.
• After receiving the shipped product/order back, refund is processed within 24-48 hours.

Return / Refund Policy

Contact us via Call / WhatsApp at +91 7004081787 within 3 days from the delivery date to raise a refund/replacement request.

Case 1: Incorrect Product Received

• We arrange reverse pickup and provide a replacement once shipment is returned.
• Reverse pickup is available only if the product is in sealed condition.
• If the wrong product is shipped back / any item is missing, the request is put on hold until all correct/missing items are returned.

Case 2: Damaged / Defective Product Received

• You must contact us with proper proof (images/videos) for replacement.
• After 3 days of delivery, please contact the manufacturer for warranty claim.
• For monitor display-related issues, replacement may be provided directly by the manufacturer.

Case 3: Incorrect Product Ordered By Customer

• Please contact us first for approval.
• If the product is opened, return/replacement is not possible.
• Product must be re-shipped to our store address at your own risk. If transit damage occurs, return/replacement is not possible.
• If the wrong product is shipped back / any item is missing, request is put on hold until all correct/missing items are returned.
• We replace the product of your choice (courier charges payable by customer) or process refund after deducting 3% of product/order value plus one-side courier charges.

Notes

• No cancellation/replacement on pre-order products, special promo products, pre-build PCs, GPUs, or gaming chairs.
• No cancellation/replacement on cabinets/monitors once shipped.
• No cancellation on payment methods like Bajaj Finserv EMI or EMI instant discount orders.
• Products must be returned in original packaging with company seal unbroken.
• Return can be created at item level; returned item must include all components and complimentary gifts.
• Images are indicative. We reserve the right to substitute products with equal or higher value if needed. No refund/re-delivery claim is entertained for such substitutions.
• Refund is processed after products are received and verified at warehouse for missing items/damages.
• After refund is processed, your bank may take 5-7 working days to reflect the amount.
