If a product is not in stock, Tej Computer may cancel the order without prior intimation to the customer; an email should be sent for cancelled orders. In the event of out of stock, the full amount will be refunded to the customer.

Tej Computer is a sales platform. Products sold are not manufactured by Tej Computer. Where "Direct Warranty" or "Manufacturer Warranty" is mentioned, products may be covered by each manufacturer's warranty, service, and support policy (if any). Tej Computer assigns and passes through to the customer any manufacturer warranty; the customer acknowledges recourse only under such warranties and only against the manufacturer.
Quality and performance depend on the manufacturer. If any item proves defective or does not function properly after purchase, we shall arrange repair or service through the brand manufacturer. The customer bears the cost of reverse shipping the product to Tej Computer.
Please send a copy of our invoice or bill and delivery documents whenever there is a service issue. Reverse shipping charges are paid by the customer.
Products once sold are accepted for warranty service, repair, or replacement only if they are in proper physical condition. Products with broken seals, ink marks, missing or tampered parts, or damaged warranty documents may be refused; warranty may be void in such conditions.
Tej Computer may reject warranty material received without accessories, manuals, software CDs or DVDs, and outer box packing.
Warranty service is provided only where full payment is made on the due date.
If you provide your entity name and GST number while placing the order, you may be eligible for ITC. If you purchased without GST details, you cannot claim ITC retroactively.
Anything you submit as reviews, ideas, comments, suggestions, etc. becomes the sole and exclusive property of Tej Computer, treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary, with a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, and transferable right for Tej Computer to use, copy, distribute, display, publish, perform, sell, lease, transmit, adapt, and create derivative works. You represent that you own or control all rights to content you post and will indemnify Tej Computer for damages caused by misrepresentation.
All claims are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ranchi, India only.
The customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold Tej Computer and its affiliates harmless from all liabilities and expenses, including attorneys' fees, related to any violation of this agreement or use of services or transmission of any message or information. Tej Computer may modify this agreement from time to time without prior notice.
The customer represents that information provided to Tej Computer is true, correct, and accurate, and agrees to pay all charges incurred by them and users of their account and payment methods at prices in effect when charges are incurred.
