We package our products in boxes covered in a plastic layer. Each individual product is packaged in bubble wrap; fragile items are secured with additional bubble wrap.
We pride ourselves on the quality of our packaging. To date, we have received minimal complaints about damaged products due to our packaging.
For courier products, we ship throughout India across all locations served by reputed courier companies.
Once your order has been dispatched, you can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our store.
ShipRocket is used for other courier services when available (e.g. Amazon, Ekart, Xpress Bees, ECOM Express, etc.).
Note: Your order will ship through whichever of the above partners is most effective and suitable at the time of booking.
We dispatch most orders within the estimated shipping time (business days, excluding public holidays and Sundays) shown against each item; timing may vary from item to item. The shipping time refers to delivery in areas covered by reputed couriers. If a reputed courier does not cover a remote location, we send the consignment by speed or registered post through India Post, which may take 1–2 weeks depending on location.
With every order, we send you an email containing your order details. Dispatch may be delayed on occasion of festivals, holidays, or special offers.
Due to festivals, natural disasters, riots, strikes, or other unavoidable circumstances, delivery time may be extended.
